BABA-W (09988.HK) disclosed in its statement that on November 26, it repurchased 3.7462 million shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) at prices ranging from US$10.61 to US$10.75 per share, involving approximately US$39.99 million.

Since the passing of the ordinary resolution on August 22, the company has repurchased 173 million shares, accounting for 0.93% of the share capital.
