Yiwu City has announced a home purchase support policy to offer subsidies to first-time homebuyers and families with multiple children, enhance support for housing provident funds, and encourage high-quality living needs. The policy will take effect today (28th). Specifically, the policy includes the implementation of the subsidy for first-time homebuyers. Individuals and their spouses who do not own any commercial housing within the administrative region of Yiwu City can receive a subsidy of RMB1,000 per square meter for purchasing a newly built commercial home with a construction area of less than 150 square meters and a total recorded price not exceeding RMB3.5 million. The policy also proposes a home purchase subsidy for families with multiple children. A subsidy of RMB100,000 per unit will be provided to families with two children, while families with three children will receive a subsidy of RMB200,000 per unit.
